Import, registration and classification of data

In collaboration with you, we can develop an integrated concept for structuring your data. This defines what data from what sources is to be stored with us, and in what form this is to be accessed by you. We provide the highest level of data quality in data transfer and registration through consistency and plausibility checks.

Data transfer

You alone decide what data format and what transfer protocol we should use when transferring data to your system. Security has the highest priority with us! We use established standard protocols and/or interfaces for all data transfers: you can, for example, receive your invoicing data in SAP format.

Data availability

To prevent your IT resources from being blocked by a mass of data, we can make your documents available over an encrypted web connection. To do this, we prepare the information in a tailor-made format and make it available for viewing in a web browser, without any extra costs and time intensive adaptations or system changes.

Availability of document images

Whether vehicle ownership papers, deregistration documents, Certificates Of Conformity or registration documents – we scan all your important documents to make them available as images in our DAD optical document archive. For you this means: Using the Internet, you login to our encrypted web application and can then view every document in detail and print it - any time, any place as long as legally required.
